BHU UET Entrance Exam Eligibility Criteria

BHU UET Eligibility:

General Courses BHU UET Eligibility:

BA Hons (Arts / Social Sciences / Economics): Intermediate (10 + 2) with minimum 50% marks. Candidates applying for BA Economics must have studied Maths at High School level.

B. Com Hons / B.Com. (Hons.) Financial Markets Management: Intermediate with 50% marks and have studied Commerce / Economics / Mathematics / Computer Science / Finance / Financial Markets Management.

B. Sc. Hons (Physics / Maths / Information Technology / Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science / Statistics / Geology / Geography / Agriculture): Intermediate (10 + 2) with Physics, Maths / Chemistry and one concerned subject.

Shastri (Hons): Passed Madhyma or Intermediate exam with 50% marks and must have studied Sanskrit in Intermediate / Madhyma exam. Candidates who have passed one year certificate program from BHU are also eligible.

Banaras Hindu University Professional Courses Eligibility Criteria:

B. Ed. (Special Education): Candidates who have scored minimum 50% marks in Bachelor or Master’s Degree are eligible. Candidates with B. Tech / B. E. should have scored 55% marks.

BHU Law Courses Eligibility:

LLB (Hons:): Graduation in Arts / Commerce / Science with 50% marks.

BA-LLB (Hons): Candidates who have passed Intermediate exam with 50% marks or appearing in Intermediate exam are eligible.

BHU Arts Courses Minimum Eligibility:

B. P. Ed.: Candidate who have Bachelor Degree with 50% marks and have participated in Inter-College / Inter-Zonal / District / school / University / State / National level are eligible or candidates who have bachelor degree in Physical Education or have studied Physical Education as compulsory subject and have secured 45% marks are eligible.

Bachelor of Performing Arts (Instrumental Sitar / Instrumental Flute / Instrumental Violin / Instrumental-Tabla / Kathak Dance / Bharat Natyam Dance / Vocal): Intermediate or Graduate in any stream and must have studied concerned subject or have passed Three / Five year Diploma in concerned subject. It is mandatory that candidate must have secured at least 50% marks in Practical exam for Music or Dance.

Bachelor of Fine Arts: Intermediate with 50% marks.

BHU Undergraduate Entrance Test Vocational Courses Eligibility:

Bachelor of Vocation in Retail & Logistics Management: Intermediate or level 4 NSQF certificate passed with minimum 50% marks.

Bachelor of Vocation in Hospitality & Tourism Management: Intermediate or level 4 NSQF certificate passed with at least 50% marks.

Bachelor of Vocation in Food Processing & Management: Intermediate or level 4 NSQF certificate passed with 50% marks.

Bachelor of Vocation in Medical Lab. Technology: Intermediate or level 4 NSQF certificate passed with minimum 50% marks.
