Career Opportunities:

The Entry level position in any Call Center is that of an Agent/Call center Executive/Customer Support Executive/Customer Service Executive/Customer Support Specialist/Contact Center Associate or Process Associate. The nomenclature of the position Ass vary but the nature of the job is similar Undergraduates/ Graduates/postgraduates are recruited at entry level. Candidates are required to have basic knowledge of computers and excellent communication skill.

Selection Procedure:

Selection is made on the basis of Personal Introduction/Just A Minute (JAM) test/voice test, Group Discussions, Written Test, Final or Personal Interviews. JAM Test is Personal introduction. Or you are asked to speak on a topic usually of your own choice for I minute or so. It is followed by Group Discussion and a written test. Your basic IQ is tested through logical and reasoning aptitude test. Those who clear the written test are called for final round i.e. HR interview.

Selection Process 1: Telephonic Interview.

Selection Process II: Another type of Selection Process consists of testing your typing speed and accuracy, language and logical aptitude.

This is the most common salery in Standard Organization. These figures as per organization structure.

  • Customer Care Representative/ Executive: Rs. 10,000-Rs.l5,000 p.m. (approx.)
  • Team Leader: Rs. 18,000-Rs.25,000 p.m. (approx.)
  • Trainer: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 40,000 p.m. (approx)
  • Manager: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 45,000 p.m. (approx)
  • Training Manager: Rs. 38,000 – Rs. 76,000 p.m. (approx)
