SBVDUMCET - MBBS Entrance Exam

What is SBVDUMCET?

SBVDUMCET is Common Entrance Test conducted by Sri Balaji Vidyapeeth University for admission into MMBS programme at Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Research Institute and Shri Sathya Sai Medical College and Research Institute.

SBVDUMCET Tentative Dates:

Last Date to Fill and submit Application form: Last week of May
Dispatch of Admit Card: First Week of July
Entrance Exam Date: Second week of July
Admission Process Starts: Third week of July

SBVDUMCET Eligibility Criteria

Candidate who have secured at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) are eligible for taking SBVDUM Common Entrance test however only those candidates who also obtain minimum 50% marks in Entrance Test will be eligible for MBBS admission process.

Physics Syllabus: Mechanics, simple Harmonic Motion, Rotational Motion, Wave Motion, gravitation, Sound, Superimposition of Wave, Nature of Light, Interference of Light Waves, Diffraction and Polarisation, Radiation Physics of Atom, Nuclear Physics, Electricity and Electromagnetic Induction, Universe-Properties of Matter Electronics, kinematics, Astronomy.

 

Chemistry Syllabus: Atomic Structure, Periodic Classification, Chemical Bonding, Acids and Bases, Stoichiometry, Chemical Equilibrium, Chemical Thermodynamics, Chemical Kinetics, Surface Chemistry, Electro Chemistry, Chemistry of Non-metals, Chemistry of Metals, Organic Chemistry, Natural Products, Applied Chemistry, S-Block Elements, Organic Halogen Compounds.
