Education: (1) Intermediate (10 + 2) from a recognised university. (2) Current Class-I medical fitness certificate + CPL/ATPL + FRTO + Instrument rating on A320 aircraft on Indian CPL/ALTP issued by DGCA. (3) Current RTR (A) or RTR(P) or RTR(C) issued by WPC, Ministry of Communication, India + Valid A-320 Endorsement on Indian CPL/ATPL + Valid ELP on CPL/ATPL.

- All eligible Candidates need to appear for Psychometric Test
- Candidates who clear Psychometric Test need to will appear for Simulator Proficiency Assessment Check on A-320 Simulator at Air India’s Central Training Establishment, Hyderabad. (Candidate need to pay cost of Simulator test i.e. Rs. 25000 by Demand Draft before test)
- Candidates who pass Simulator Test will joining Training Programme. Training cost will also paid by candidate.
- All selected candidates need to accept and sign Service Agreement and Surety Bond of Rs. 1 crore.
Salary and other Benefits:
Salary during Training: Rs. 25000 per month
Salary after Training: Rs. 80000 per month. Candidate will also get paid Rs. 1500 per extra flying hour other than fixed flying hours per month.
