What are Human Rights?
Human rights are norms and moral principles that govern certain standards of human behavior. They are regularly protected by municipal and international law. Moreover, they can be exercised in most countries. Some of the most important human rights – The first is freedom. The other is equality. No one should be treated unequally. In this case, a person has the right to a fair trial. This is the right of every citizen.
Another right is freedom. Individuals have the right to express their opinions, follow religion, and change their beliefs. They have the right to work, as long as the working conditions are fair and favorable. A person has the right to education and should be able to attend elementary school without any financial barrier.
Limitations to Human Rights:
Human rights are not absolute, but they are often considered a basic right by people. In fact, human rights are often recognized as a norm of national law, though they are not a legal obligation. As a result, governments are often required to abide by the rights of others. In many countries, the state has no right to violate the rights of citizens, even if they violate them. In these cases, the government must make sure that they do not break these laws.
