Educational Qualification : PG Degree Veterinary Science or Animal Husbandry however candidate with Doctorate Degree will be preferred. Candidate must be registered with West Bengal Veterinary Council. Candidate with Business management degree or diploma will be preferred.
Experience Required :
A. 5 years experience as Deputy Director or equivalent post.
B. 5 years experience in disease diagnosis and eradication/cattle, poultry or other livestock development field / department.
C. 5 years experience of working as Head of Govt. Animal Farms or department.
D. Eight year experience in extension work at field level.
